Grace O’Malley Spirits is honored to be the first Irish whiskey brand named after a woman and is dedicated to the legendary 16th Century Irish Pirate Queen. Founded in 2017, the brand launched its flagship whiskey Grace O’Malley Blended Irish Whiskey on the Irish market in 2019. Grace O’Malley has won multiple gold medals over the past 12 months most notably winning a Double Gold at the world-renowned San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Boasting one of the highest malt contents in the blended whiskey category at 46%, Grace O’Malley’s premium whiskey excites the senses and provides a smooth complexity never before tasted. Each of Grace O’Malley’s fine spirits are distilled at The Great Northern Distillery. This special blend combines whiskeys with age statements that range from three to ten years old. Each batch of whiskey is then matured in a range of barrels, including French Oak, ex-Bourbon, and ex-Rum casks, hand-selected by Master Blender, Paul Caris. The resulting blend delivers a whiskey perfectly balanced between flavor, age character, complexity, and smoothness.

With a vast portfolio of whiskeys at its disposal, including a significant volume of 18-20 year old whiskeys, Grace O’Malley are experimenting with different casks, finishes and flavour profiles.
